Mrs. Allen is the Principle Broker and Owner of Leaving A Legacy Realty llc. She specializes in Residential Real Estate. As a licensed Broker for the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas, Mrs. Allen stays current with state and federal requirements for education through the TREC (Tennessee Real Estate Commission), MREC and AREC. She partners with local banks, churches, non profit organizations and community leaders to share information with sellers, first time home buyers, experienced investors and other licensed professionals.
A solid sales and marketing background stems from a formal education with Christian Brothers University. Mrs. Allen studied Business Management and Marketing. She was able to apply these principles as a Marketing Director for Tharaldson Property Management which encompasses such brands as Marriott and Hilton. After marrying her husband of now 15 years she transitioned into Real Estate. Upon engaging in a new career she learned good practice and procedure by earning the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations. A career in Real Estate offered more flexibility in time, which would allow for community service and time to grow her family. According to Mrs. Allen “The most impressive title I have is Mom”.
